Scope of Work

Painting and Decoration, Electricity, Heating, Kitchen Unit Installation

Our project in Ballyroan, Rathfarnham is near completion. Some finishing work by our electrician and the job will be complete. Client very happy. Greenoak Construction open planned the house, installed new kitchen and utility room, new heating system, re-wired the house, supplied new floors throughout, new internal doors, painting and decoration work and installed a new roof on side extension.

We employed Greenoak over the summer for an extension and an attic conversion. I employed Pat and the crew at Greenoak to undertake the €1.2 million refurbishment of the main hostel and conference centre at the National Scout Centre, Tibradden, Dublin 16. They delivered the project on time and within budget. We had our house renovated by Greenoak Construction earlier this year, and we are delighted with the quality of work they delivered. In 3 short months they completely refurbished the house to modernise it and make it energy efficient including rewiring, underfloor heating, insulation, open plan kitchen and dining room, upgraded bathrooms and ensuite etc.Schedule was very important to us and they got us back in by our deadline and on budget. Very good building company. We have recently done an extension and full refurbishment of our house and the job has been carried out within the estimated timeframe and in the budget. I would remark that they are quite flexible and have had our needs into account. From the structural point of view the external engineer we had was very happy with the work. With Greenoak Construction, we got both a builder and a house designer. Pat and his team transformed a fire damaged house to a repaired and renovated house.
