I can highly recommend Pat McCabe and his team, they recently completed a full renovation of two bathrooms for us in addition to a reconfiguration of kitchen to accomodate a new larder. I employed Pat and the crew at Greenoak to undertake the €1.2 million refurbishment of the main hostel and conference centre at the National Scout Centre, Tibradden, Dublin 16. They delivered the project on time and within budget. Pat worked hard to whenever problems arose during the build always thinking outside the box to find solutions that enabled the project to be completed within budget. We had our house renovated by Greenoak Construction earlier this year, and we are delighted with the quality of work they delivered. In 3 short months they completely refurbished the house to modernise it and make it energy efficient including rewiring, underfloor heating, insulation, open plan kitchen and dining room, upgraded bathrooms and ensuite etc.Schedule was very important to us and they got us back in by our deadline and on budget. They also accommodated any extra design details we asked for along the way. Pat, Ciaran, Louise and team delivered a great end result for us!

Very good building company. We have recently done an extension and full refurbishment of our house and the job has been carried out within the estimated timeframe and in the budget. I would remark that they are quite flexible and have had our needs into account. From the structural point of view the external engineer we had was very happy with the work. The finishes are very good too. 100% highly recommended.

Pat and Louise’s experience and input was invaluable, taking our original ideas about the reno and expanding upon them so that we’re now in a house we’re thrilled to be living in. With Greenoak Construction, we got both a builder and a house designer. Pat and his team transformed a fire damaged house to a repaired and renovated house. The outcome is an upgraded house with an applied practical design, quality build and an energy-efficient house. They delivered an excellent and comprehensive project. After living in the house for 6 months we are delighted with our home.What evident during the project included:• Safety was always a priority and prominent.• Pat’s availability and communication throughout the project was second to none.
